EFFIQRA can deploy solutions using infrastructure located in India. Where an international client requires hosting within a specific country or region, deployment can be planned using infrastructure located in the required jurisdiction, subject to technical feasibility, provider availability, applicable laws, and contractual requirements.
Planning for another country does not mean the deployment automatically satisfies that country's laws. Applicable duties depend on the client, the data, and the scope.

Privacy requirements
Privacy duties are identified for the engagement. They are not assumed to be met by choosing a country.
Regional regulations
Rules that apply in the client's region are a legal question for that client, then a technical constraint for the deployment.
Client contractual requirements
A contract may require a location or a control. That requirement is followed when it is agreed and feasible.
Cloud and provider availability
A region is usable only when a suitable provider can actually host there.
Security requirements
Security controls follow the nature, scope, and requirements of the project. A location is not a security guarantee.
